Our Gravity Cabinet Features
This versatile cabinet is perfect for all kinds of BBQing. It can be used to cook hot and fast, or simply adjust the flue and air valve, to cook long and slow delicious smoked meats.
Holding up to 8kg of charcoal, and being 100% insulated, you can simply set and walk away, leaving your meat to cook for up to twenty-four hours. The succulent smoked and mouth-watering meat will literally fall off the bone, impressing even the toughest of critics!
