With up to 20kg of charcoal in the chute, you can be burning for up to twenty-four hours, or shut it down and hold the charcoal for your next cook.
Walk away while monitoring and maintaining a consistent cooking temperature with the ‘Smartfire’ Wi-Fi controller, giving you peace of mind that you can ‘cook while you sleep’ and everything will be fresh and delicious for the next day’s service.
With five expander mesh shelves (nine shelf points overall), a stainless chafe dish mounted in its own slide out frame for easy clean, and an easy fill water pan if required, the cabinet can comfortably slow cook fifteen briskets, over twenty pork butts, and so many chicken wings, sausages or ribs.
