½ TSP BLACK PEPPER
6-10 Red PEPPER CORNS – CRUSHED LIGHTLY
2 TSP HONEY
SPRIG OF ROSMARY
DIRECTIONS.
GENTLY SLICE OFF THE TOP OUTER LAYER OF WHITE SKIN
PLACE CHEESE ON A JAM WOOD ROUND (OR YOUR CHOICE OF HARD WOOD) ALTERNATIVELY AN OVEN PROOF DISH OR PLATE THAT CAN WITHSTAND THE HEAT
DRIZZLE HONEY ON THE OPEN SLICED CHEESE TOP (Depending the size of your cheese round you may require more or less) TOP WITH MIXED PEPPER CORNS IN THE CENTRE & A SPRINKLE OF FRESH ROSMARY
BAKE IN SMOKER AT 200c/390f (FOR ABOUT 20-30 MINS, UNTIL YOU ARE ALMOST ABLE TO PUSH THE SIDE OF THE CHEESE IN, THE CENTRE SHOULD BE NICE AND GOOEY. SERVE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF CRACKERS/BISCUTS.
EXPERIMENT EACH TIME YOU SERVE THIS DELICIOUS STARTER BY USING A RELISH, CHILLI JAM, or WHATEVER YOU FEEL A GREAT MIX, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
