Saturday Turn in at 5pm

 

Prawn and Chorizo Skewers

Prepare Grill for direct at a medium hot temp

 

Total Cook time 2 minutes or until Cooked through

Place on Grill at 4:55pm

 

Prep: Soak Skewers min 20mins prior

Peel and devein prawns

Thread on soaked skewers Tail first, adding sliced Chorizo then body.

 

Combine

125g melted Butter

3 cloves of Garlic crushed

Finely grated Zest of one Lemon

 

Brush Prawns and chorizo completely with butter mix

 

Cook 2mins either side or until cooked

Serve with Chopped Chives, flat leaf parsley and Oregano lemon wedges

Turn in from 4:55pm – 5:05pm
