Pulled Lamb Wandering Cooks to be served at 5pm
Lamb must be in the oven by 7-7:30am
Oven temp 250-275f
Internal Temp to be reached 203f
Rub with Peanut Oil
Cover in Rub & Grub Glam Ya Lamb rub
Place on open rack for two hours
Remove from oven and Wrap with foil
Return to oven until an internal temp of 203f is reached
Rest for 1hr
Pull and Serve
